A single film is delivered seven working days after the shoot. Vertical cuts come first, usually within three days, so you can post while the shoot is still fresh.
Usually the opposite. Most of the work happens in the hours before opening, when the room is empty and the light is ours. Two to three hours is normally enough.
It depends on the shoot day and how many cuts you need. Write with a rough idea of the place and the date and you get a fixed price, not an hourly rate.
